Application Form

Complete the Application Form with most recent information. Please email form to bchen@hamilton.edu. Application fee of $50 is required.

Required Essay and Project Proposal

All applicants must complete the essay and project proposal to apply. Please email the word documents to bchen@hamilton.edu.

References

All applicants should have a Chinese professor complete the Chinese Teacher's Reference Form Reference Form and have a person other than a Chinese teacher complete the General Reference Form. Please Fax form to (315) 859-4222.

Physician's Report

All applicants should have the Physician's Report completed by a physician. Please Fax form to (315) 859-4222.

Release Agreement

The Release Agreement should have both the applicant's and a parent/legal guardian's signature and the date. Please Fax form to (315) 859-4222.

Transcript

All applicants should request an official, sealed transcript from the university or college they have most recently attended. If applicants have studied Chinese at other institutions, they should have an official transcript reflecting their Chinese grades sent to the address below.

Four Passport Photos

Include passport photos taken within the last year and are required to be 2x2, glossy photos (no computer printouts, please). Applicant's name should be written on the back of the photos. Please mail to the address below.
