Geographic Information Systems Across the Curriculum

This event was organized by Eugene Domack of the Geosciences Department, and sponsored by the Dean of Faculty and HILLgroup, the Library and ITS collaborative effort for support of the use of information resources of all types in teaching and learning.
 
Description:
The workshop was a combination of speakers from Hamilton and other institutions, with the purpose of understanding the opportunities and needs related to the use of GIS technology for teaching, learning and research. The goal for this workshop was a white paper describing the projected uses of GIS, and the resource and support needs that must be met to achieve these uses.
