Your Gift Made the $400,000 Alumni Participation Challenge a Reality ... and then Some!
For the 27th year in a row, 50 percent or more of the Hamilton alumni family gave to the Hamilton College Annual Fund. Nine Hamilton trustees — David Solomon '84, Stuart Scott '61,P'91,'06, Nina Carroll P'90, A.G. Lafley '69, Charlie Svenson '61,P'00, Amy Owens Goodfriend '82, Jack Withiam '71, Steve Anthony '59 and Kevin Kennedy '70 — gave $400,000 in additional unrestricted gifts in response to alumni generosity as successive participation goals were met.
Alumni with open pledge amounts can complete their gifts as long as the funds are received prior to the close of the 2007-08 Annual Fund books at noon on July 14.
- 300 gifts by May 15 earn $50,000 (MET THE GOAL!)
- 500 additional gifts by May 31 earn $75,000 (MET THE GOAL!!)
- 600 more gifts by June 15 earn $125,000 (MET THE GOAL!!!)
- 800 new gifts by June 30 earn $150,000 (MET THE GOAL!!!!)
