Wellness and Recreation

The Hamilton College Wellness Program provides information, educational opportunities and a wide range of activities designed to promote personal health and fitness. Through fitness classes, lectures, health screenings, and special events, the program seeks to engage community members in a variety of wellness activities. The program operates year round and is open to students, staff and their families.
