Intramural Policy


Sportsmanship Statement
 
The purpose of intramural sports is to provide an enjoyable recreational outlet for the participants. It is expected that all competitors will display the highest level of sportsmanship toward one another and any officials present. Unacceptable actions include:
  1. The use of excessive profanity
  2. Derogatory, abusive, or threatening remarks toward an official or an opponent
  3. Detrimental physical contact with an opponent or official
  4. Team names must be fit for prominent display on campus
Failure to do so will result in disciplinary action applied to either team or individual participants. 

Alcohol and Tobacco Policy

Alcohol is prohibited at all intramural events and venues. Players are not allowed to partake in tobacco usage during games.

First Floor Weight Room and Atrium

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 6am-10:30pm
Tuesday, Thursday: 8am-10:30pm
Saturday & Sunday: 10am-9pm

Second Floor Weight Room and Mezzanine

Monday-Friday: 9am-9pm
Saturday & Sunday: 1pm-5pm

Lisa has served as the US Air Force and Air National Guard Physical Training Leader for 6 years, as well as 20 plus years of Personal Training and Fitness Instructor experience. She offers training programs that are result oriented for the new fitness enthusiast as well as the serious athlete desiring to take their game to the next level.
With a passion for aiding individuals in setting and attaining sports and fitness goals, Lisa’s objective is to inspire a lifestyle of fitness and healthy nutrition.
