Welcome to Intramural Badminton


Want a workout on the weekend? Come and join us on Saturday afternoon for informal games of badminton. No experience necessary - Beginners are welcomed and encouraged. All equipment provided, just show up and play!  

Place: Alumni Gymnasium

Time: Saturday, 4:00-6:00pm

Rule:
  • Matches will be best 2 out of 3 games
  • Games will be played to 15
  • In the event the score is tied at 14 a player or team must win by 2 pts.
  • Service will be determined by guessing odd or evens prior to the game starting.
  • Or just ignore the rules and play!

Lisa has served as the US Air Force and Air National Guard Physical Training Leader for 6 years, as well as 20 plus years of Personal Training and Fitness Instructor experience. She offers training programs that are result oriented for the new fitness enthusiast as well as the serious athlete desiring to take their game to the next level.
