ISSA/AFAA Certified Fitness Trainer, specializing in Sport Specific and personal improvement conditioning is now offering Personalized Training at the Blood Fitness Center.
Lisa has served as the US Air Force and Air National Guard Physical Training Leader for 6 years, as well as 20 plus years of Personal Training and Fitness Instructor experience. She offers training programs that are result oriented for the new fitness enthusiast as well as the serious athlete desiring to take their game to the next level.
