All members of the Hamilton community are welcome to join. This includes family members and friends of employees, as well as students. You will be able to choose the plan that works with your life and schedule, without gimmicks or pre-packaged foods. The winter session is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, December 4th, from noon to 1:00 PM, on the third floor of Bristol Center. This is an eight-week program and will continue through February 8th.

Just a few details:
In order for the class to start on December 4th, a minimum of 15 paid participants is required.

All registrants must submit their registration fees to David Thompson, Director of the Fitness Center and Campus Wellness no later than Monday, December 3rd. Registration fees will not be accepted at the first meeting.

Registration fees are as follows: $85 for new members, $80 for current members and $72 for Lifetime members not within 5 pounds of their goal weight (checks made payable to Weight Watchers).
