R&R and Equipment orders placed  May 30, 2008
Advances returned/reported back  June 26, 2008
Cash deposits for fiscal year 2007/2008 no later than 11 am  June 26, 2008
Vendor invoices and reimbursements for fiscal year 2007/2008 received in Purchasing by end of day  July 10, 2008
Preliminary year end close (notification to follow)  July 17, 2008
