Payments Frequently Asked Questions

Where do I send my payment?

Payment should be mailed, with your billing statement, in the envelope provided.  If you are enclosing correspondence or notations, payment should be mailed directly to the Hamilton College Business Office, 198 College Hill Road, Clinton, NY  13323

Do you take credit cards?

The Business Office accepts personal checks, money orders, cash (in person at the Philip Spencer House only), and credit cards (online only).

What are my payment options?

Payments can be made by mail, online, or by wire transfer.  Checks or money orders must be in United States dollars drawn on a United States Bank and made payable to the Trustees of Hamilton College.

Note:  Postdated checks are not accepted.

Where do I send an express payment?

Express payments should be addressed to the Hamilton College Business Office, 198 College Hill Road, Clinton, NY  13323.

Can I use a payment service or have my bank send my payments for me?

Yes, payments should be mailed directly to the Hamilton College Business Office, 198 College Hill Road, Clinton, NY  13323, to insure timely processing of your payment.
