Application Materials

(1) Consent Form
A signed Consent Form is required to give the Selection Committee access to your official Hamilton academic and financial aid information.

(2) Internship Proposal
Proposals should be a 2-3 page Word document and must include the following:

Where:  Descriptions of 1-4 organization(s) with whom you have already secured - or are in the process of securing - an internship. Include the steps you have taken in the application process with each organization.
What:  A summary of your expected responsibilities at each organization.
Why: An explanation of how each internship relates to your educational and career interests. Why this career field?  Why this organization?  How will you benefit?
When:  The dates and hours of the internship(s), if known.

(3) Budget Proposal

(4) Statement of Financial Need
In a Word document, provide the reasons you are requesting funding for a summer internship. Include individual and family factors affecting your need. In addition, explain how you arrived at both the expense and income figures in your budget and, if necessary, provide rationale for expenses requested beyond allotted amounts.
