Reservations are REQUIRED, and should be made at least seven days in advance.
General Information:
Hamilton College Employees can borrow laptop computers for up to 7 consecutive days for uses related to college business. Both Windows XP and Macintosh OS X laptops are available.
Dell's Latitude D820 runs Windows XP and features the standard Hamilton Desktop applications: Microsoft Office Professional (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet Explorer, Eudora and Acrobat Reader. The D820 is also equipped with a modem, wired and wireless ethernet card and a CD-RW/DVD drive.
Apple's MacBook Pro runs Mac OS 10.4.x and features the standard Hamilton Desktop applications: Microsoft Office Professional (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), FireFox, Eudora and Acrobat Reader. The MacBook Pro is also equipped with a built-in iSight camera, an airport card, a bulit in ethernet card, a firewire port, and a CD-RW/DVD drive.
