Faculty Job OpportunitiesGerman StudiesHamilton College invites applications for a two-year, Visiting Instructor or Visiting Assistant Professor appointment in German Studies. The appointment begins July 2010 and has a teaching load of five courses per academic year, including the opportunity to teach course(s) in the candidate’s area of specialization. Teaching experience at the undergraduate level, and native or near-native knowledge of German, is required. Ability to teach German language, literature, and culture at all levels, as well as courses in translation, is expected. Hamilton provides strong support for faculty research and travel.
