Certificates of Insurance

Certificates of insurance are required from outside vendors, organizations and contractors who are working or conducting events on the Hamilton College campus.  When planning campus activities with an outside company/organization, please contact the office of Auxiliary Services at x4999 for more information on insurance requirements.

If you are planning an off-campus activity with an outside organization, they may request a certificate of insurance showing proof of Hamilton College's insurance coverage.
