PRIVATELY-OWNED HOMES ON COLLEGE-CONTROLLED LAND

In the early 1950's, Hamilton College established a program to make it possible for faculty and administrative staff to own homes surrounding the College campus.

COLLEGE RENTAL HOUSING

Visit the Faculty and Administrator Housing section of the Campus Tour for details and photographs.

College rental housing is available to all Faculty and Administrators who have been employed by the College for seven years or less.

All Faculty and Administrators who rented during the 1988-1989 year and wish to continue living in College Housing will be exempt from the above.
