Campus FacilitiesAccess to campus buildings and grounds is a privilege extended to students, faculty members, staff members, and guests. With the exception of the residence halls, which are locked at all times, most campus facilities are normally open when classes are in session, or by special request coordinated with the Department of Campus Safety. When class is not in session and when the campus is officially closed, all buildings are secured and only faculty, staff and students with proper authorization are allowed access. The general public may attend cultural and recreational events on campus, however access is limited to the facility in which the event is being held.Authorization for use of the campus grounds for assembly purposes must be obtained in advance from the Office of Student Activities of the Office of Summer Programs/Conference Services. |
