The Health Center is staffed by a physician assistant, nurses, and an office coordinator. Two physicians are available for consultation and are on the site twice weekly.

Health Form Submission after August 7th Deadline:
If the health form will be sent after the August 7th dealine, please email Francine Vaughan at fvaughan@hamilton.edu with the students name and reason for the late submission. Please review the health form before submitting to make sure it is acurately and entirely completed.
To schedule, reschedule, or cancel an appointment, please call 315-859-4111.
Students who do not cancel a scheduled appointment before the time of the appointment will incur a $10.00 fee for a "No Show" appointment! To avoid the charge, please call and cancel your appointment so the appointment time may be used by a student who needs medical attention.
