This process is used to verify that the GL numbers exported from the Kronos HRMS system are valid Colleague GL numbers and are active for posting. The process also validates that the transactions are in balance. Simply browse to the export file created during the "Create GL File" process within Kronos, and click the Verify button to validate the numbers.
This process does not update anything and may be run whenever needed.
