* Limit your Flickr image search to Creative Commons-licensed photos.
- Click the Search button.
- Click the Advanced Search link next to the blue Search button.
- Scroll down and check the Only search within Creative Commons-licensed photos option.
- Also check the Find content to modify, adapt, or build upon option.
- Search for images.
- Click on the image to open it in a new page.
- Click the small All Sizes icon above the image.
- Use the Download link to download the Original image and the Medium sized image.
- Use copy/paste or drag/drop to put the small image, the title of the image and the URL to the image in a Word document. You will use this information for citations later.

Citing Sources
Podcast Credits
Images and music used in a presentation must be a) obtained legally and b) cited in full. For copyrighted works permission must be obtained from the copyright holder before posting on a public web site.
As a general rule these elements should be included in an image citation:
- artist's name - if known
- title of image - if known (if not use a description)
- institution where held - if known
- title of article or book - if applicable
- author of article or book - if applicable
- title and date of journal - if applicable
- database name -if applicable
- date of access - if online
- date of publication - if originally from print material
- URL - if applicable
PODCAST CREDITS
Create opening and closing credit screens in PowerPoint™ and save as a JPEGs; import into GarageBand™.
OPENING CREDIT
On the opening screen of your presentation, include a notice:
"Certain materials are included under the fair use exemption of the U.S. Copyright Law and have been prepared according to the fair use guidelines and are restricted from further use."

RefWorks is an online bibliographic manager that can be used to create, organize and store references. Information can be imported from most of the library's research databases and reformatted to create bibliographies in wide range of documentation styles, including MLA.
Citing Sources
The library's guide to documenting sources includes examples of citations for books, journals, and other commonly used resources.
