- Fun facts, i.e.-President Obama's office contacted the library the get a library loan

- "Ask a Librarian" is a reference service through Meebo instant messaging
- Phone number and email account information is on the page
- Library also has a Facebook account-Become a fan of Burke Library
- Meebo instant message box is also found on the page

C. Trustee Meeting Reports
- Acting President Urgo sent out an email with a recap of the events
- In June, a decision will be made as to whether or not to go forward with the construction of ELS
- Now going forward with the bidding process
- Passed resolution to renovate Major, Minor, and Macintosh and to waterproof Bristol Center patio
- 8 new professors have received tenure
D. Committee Reports
- Student Interests
Personal Finance Workshop was a success
Had a discussion regarding the workings of the fire department and their relations with Hamilton
College
Planning dinner with Fire and Police Departments
Determining a means for cheap travel to New York City for students
- Facilities
Submitted a work order for the vending machines that are not taking Hill Cards
Exterior doors can't be opened if someone is standing in the way of the sensors
- Food
Would like students with specific food needs to serve on the new Special Diet subcommittee, please

- Social Traditions
Discussed fundraising options for the spring
Considering having an all-campus barbeque instead of Spring on the Hill, which has been
unsuccessful in recent years
- Diversity and Accessibility
Stand Up For Peace comedian act on April 17th from 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m., Chapel
In planning stages for a trip to New York City
- Technology
Only 29% of the campus uses Sophos Antivirus, which costs $8,000.00 a year
Will instead be providing a comparable service
March movies are out
Not all movies are available to rent from company since not all are offered in digital
- Constitution
Will begin making amendments after March break
E. Funding
- STAND receives $260 + gas receipts
- Mock Trial receives full funding
- ISA receives full funding
- Approved $12,516.00 for the movie channel out of next year's budget
- Week's Total: $3650.00
- Semester Remaining (not including Senior Week): $68,993.96
F. Announcements
- Correction to Sexual Assualt Coalition meeting report: No statistics state that there are more sexual assaults prevalent amongst Greek societies.
- Student-Only Town Hall Meeting on Alcohol Culture at Hamilton: Wednesday, March 4th, Science -
Center Auditorium, 7:00 p.m.
- Facilities suggestions that are specific to dorms should be sent to RAs
- Heart Run and Walk is this Sunday morning and cars are leaving at 8:00 a.m. for runners and 9:00
a.m. for walkers. Sign up at Beinecke tomorrow
- Casino Night and fundraiser went well but a couple of the prizes were stolen. Also, the men's hockey team was robbed recently. Campus safety is aware and looking into the thefts.
