A. Call to Order: 9:03 p.m.
B. Bon Appetite-Pat Raynard
• Student Voice food survey went out recently
• Over 550 students have already taken the survey
• This year's goal is 900 students
• The Green Café is the same as the McEwen Dining Hall
• Please email food@hamilton.edu if you would like to join the committee that reviews the surveys
C. HALT-Eric Kuhn
• This week is HALT Awareness Week
o "Hamilton Alumni Leadership Training"
• Serves as a bridge between senior class and alumni
• Train a group of seniors regarding the inner workings of the college and the alumni body
• Have had many meetings in the past (luncheons, pub events, presentations, et cetera)
• For juniors, applications are online and you can apply to be a co-chair
• Members have free lunch once a week and learn what can be done as an alumnus/alumna
D. Elections Announcements
• Class President Elections:
o Entry deadline: April 10th at noon
o Election: April 21st
• General Elections:
o Entry deadline: April 17th at noon
o Election: April 28th
• Watch your email for announcements and check-out the ad in The Spectator
• Don't start campaigning until after briefing meetings
E. Funding
• Senior Week receives $30,000
• Russian Club receives $400
• HEAG receives $355
• WIAA receives $500
• STAND receives $895
• ACS receives $3,900
• French Club receives $200
• HAMTREK receives $7,483.50
• Diversity and Accessibility receives $2,330
• Funding decisions pass
• Weekly total: $46,063.59
• Remaining for semester: $8251.76
F. Committee Reports
Technology
• There was an email sent out about FOCUS groups and all are welcome
Student Interests
• Hope to continue progress with improving town relations
Constitution
• Currently working on changes
Diversity and Accessibility
• New York City trip will be on April 11th
o Broadway show will either be Distracted or Waiting for Gadot
G. Announcements
• HAVOC's 20th will be this Saturday in KJ from 4:30-6:30pm
• Wertimer Faculty Awards email will be going out soon
