A. Call to Order: 9:03 p.m.

B. Library Study Room Policy & Booking Procedures
•  From the Library Study Room Reservation page, students can click on the link that says "Reserve a Room" and they'll be taken to the campus events request form.  The library regularly checks the incoming requests to book the room and students will receive a confirmation notice when a booking has been made.


C. Old Business
•  The Social Honor Code/Statement of Expectation committee is to investigate the possibility of language to foster open dialogue and respect for all students as a statement of community values and does not intend to be an infringement of free speech.  If you are interested in sitting on this committee, please email sa@hamilton.edu.  The committee is expected to meet twice this semester.

•  Hamiltones receives $1,140
•  French Club receives $60
•  HEAG Energy Committee receives $227.35 
•  One Heart with Africa receives $346
Funding decisions pass unanimously

E. Committee Reports
•    Technology
     o  Met with the Registrar's office last week about WebAdvisor, survey is now out, so please take it
•    Facilities
     o    Printers in the science center--should be replaced this summer, some have already been replaced
     o    Request for more trash cans on the Kirkland side of campus, most likely will happen next year
•   Elections
     o    Polls open for Class Presidential election, please vote!
•    Food
     o    In the stages of reviewing the Student Voices survey
     o    Fruit salad will be added to the salad bar soon (request from Student Voices survey)
     o    Wednesday, April 22nd, low-carbon diet day at lunch (only)--to promote conciousness about  your carbon footprint
     o    Commons will close at 2pm for snack time and dinner on Thursday, April 23rd.  Snack will be available at McEwan

F. Announcements
•    AIDS Hike for Life, Sunday, April 26th, on campus, sponsored by the Senior Class.  Sign up in Beinecke all week or at the Wellness Fair in the Buff & Blue cafe on Tuesday, April 21
•    Facilities Committee Minutes correction: The KJ lighting system is designed so that some perimeter hallway lights turn off at 9pm, in order to conserve energy.  This should not affect study areas.  If lights in study areas are turning off and affecting your ability to read, contact lzoltick@hamilton.edu.
