Derek Jones has published more than 140 articles in journals and book chapters and has edited eight books. Jones, who works in the areas of employee ownership and cooperatives, undertook some of the first empirical analysis of long-established worker cooperatives and firms with employee ownership and employee participation. He earned his doctorate at Cornell University.
