Welcome to the Business Office's Student Accounts website. We provide customer service and counseling to students and parents, and proactively assist families in meeting their financial obligations to the College. We function as the central billing service center for the Hamilton community by providing monthly billing statements of tuition, fees, and other charges incurred by students.
We are also responsible for the billing and collection of student loans administered by Hamilton, college receivables, as well as delinquent tuition accounts.

We are currently in the process of settling all student accounts for the 2015-16 academic year. Balances must be paid in full by June 30, 2016. Fall term bills will be sent by mid-July for Fall 2016 semester.
A registration fee of $500, deductible from the fall tuition bill, is required of all students who intend to return to Hamilton for the coming academic year. This fee will be billed to the student's account in March and is due on April 1. Students may not preregister or participate in the housing lottery until the deposit is paid. It is nonrefundable after May 1.
Important 1098-T Info
Hamilton College issues a form 1098-T to students for tax reporting purposes. This form was mailed to the student's primary mailing address in January. It is not available online.
Please note: if your student graduated in Spring 2015, he/she will not be receiving a form 1098-T. Hamilton reports tuition according to the year when it is billed, not paid. (i.e. Spring term 2015 was billed in November 2014).
Please sign up for electronic billing by July 1, 2015. Hamilton College will send tuition bills electronically through NetPay after December 7, 2015 for the Spring 2016 semester charges. All tuition bills will be available exclusively online at: NetPay
