VRST guide4 — c) Search for and select the sponsoring organization. You may also choose an organization from your list of favorites if applicable. d) Enter the number of people you will need transportation for.

VRST guide5 — e) Enter an event description; it can be very simple since it will never be listed on the calendar.

VRST guide7 — g) If this trip will occur more than once, please indicate the repeat pattern then click “Select Pattern.” To choose ad hoc dates, click each date on the calendar to add them to the list of occurrences. (Click image for more info on multi-occurrence events.)
