When you are not working at the gallery what are you up to?

When I am not in the science center, either working on a problem set or running a chemical reaction, I love listening to music and watching TV.  I also love running in the glen, in a nice weather. When I am not doing any of this, I am probably hanging out with my friends.

Do you have a favorite gallery moment?

I have to say my best gallery moment is the Senior Art Exhibition.  I particularly enjoy this year’s Senior Art Exhibition because I get to see my friends work.  I am impressed by the work, time and creativity that seniors put into their senior art exhibition.

Which musician or band would you most like to hear perform Charissima?

I would choose people I know and can relate to so I will say: Hamilton College Choir - They are really quite talented and I am sure they will blow my mind.

What about art?  Do you have a favorite medium?

Painting. You can never go wrong with a painting.

If you could have any artist create your portrait whom would you choose?

I would love to see how I look like painted by Leonardo da Vinci.  I feel like he will express every experience my life in one painting.

Tell us about your favorite exhibition at the Emerson Gallery?

I have to say I was entirely carried away by the exhibition, From 60,000 Miles Away: The Glass Galaxies of Josh Simpson. It is a combination of two things I love the most: nature and chemistry. I was really fascinating to see the integration of chemistry in art.  I have never understood how I was able to see something new every day on the same piece of art.
