Hamilton is conducting a national search for a chief diversity officer (CDO) following a recommendation from the Advisory Council formed to address diversity, equity, and inclusion at the College. Isaacson, Miller is working with Hamilton to identify qualified candidates. Angela Batista, a diversity, equity, and inclusion strategist, has provided support for the search.
