Melissa Law-Penrose
Melissa received a B.A. in psychology from Messiah College (Mechanicsburg, Pa.) and an M.A. in international peace and conflict resolution from Arcadia University (Philadelphia). She worked as an undergraduate advisor at Elizabethtown College, Purdue University, and the University of Louisville and has worked extensively with pre-engineering, first generation, and international students. With a background in conflict transformation and mediation, Melissa guides students through challenging situations, fostering constructive dialogue and resolution. She is deeply committed to promoting mental wellness and self-care strategies, recognizing their crucial role in students' overall well-being and navigation of college life. Melissa's passion lies in guiding students to align their decisions with their values and purpose, empowering them to craft a fulfilling academic and personal journey. Through her mentorship, she strives to create an environment where students feel supported in their pursuit of both academic success and personal fulfillment.
