Noelle Niznik
Noelle received a bachelor’s in psychology from SUNY Polytechnic Institute and a master’s of education in college student service administration from The College of Saint Rose. She is a seasoned professional in higher education, blending her knowledge in the fields of psychology, counseling, and administration to foster holistic student development. Employing a comprehensive approach, Noelle is dedicated to nurturing student engagement and leadership. Specializing in guiding student leaders, she empowers undergraduates to shape their desired college experiences. With over a decade of experience and as a former director of student activities, she excels in equipping students with transferable skills in areas including but not limited to time management, budgeting, and event coordination across campus entities. Noelle works to help students expand their network of support, work collaboratively, and maximize resources to create the experience they want to have.

Student leadership advising and development; student media and student government, community engagement, mental health awareness, event and logistics planning, budget and time management.
Favorite Activities
Quality time with family and friends, fitness, cooking, podcasts, journaling, fantasy football, college basketball, and learning to golf.
