At 2 p.m., Dziga Vertov's Man with a Movie Camera (1929): a British Film Institute poll of film historians and critics rated it film history's greatest documentary. At 7 p.m., Robert Wiene's The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari (1920): the film that established the horror film genre. Scottish Country Dance is a traditional social dance. During meetings, we will teach foundational steps, review, and learn approximately 3-4 dances. No previous dance experience required!

Scottish Country Dance is a traditional social dance, meaning it's a fun way to meet new friends and get active! Attendees will learn foundational steps and a few short dances each meeting. Meetings will be held every other week during the semester, aiming to progress in complexity and culminating in either a ball or a performance opportunity. Previous dance experience is not required!

At 2 p.m., Miss Navajo (2007, 58 minutes), a documentary exploring the role of women and tradition in Diné (Navajo) culture through a young woman's quest for the Miss Navajo Nation crown. At 3:30 p.m., Frybread Face and Me (2023, 83 minutes), Luther's narrative feature debut, in which two Navajo cousins spend a summer on their grandmother's ranch — "a refreshing queer take on the coming-of-age genre" (High Country News). Drop in as a family to make a creative project inspired by The House of Chance and Mischief, a multimedia sculpture in the Wellin's collection by Renée Stout. Guided by Wellin docents, participants will look closely to decode and discuss the sculpture.
