Aspirational Design is Hamilton’s strategic planning process for imagining our future together, and your input is central every step of the way. Here’s a quick look back and what’s ahead.

What Happened Last Week

More than 100 students, faculty, and staff stopped by the tabling on Thursday, Sept. 4, to offer insights into their experiences with the open curriculum and their ideas for it. Thank you!

We had a lot of student engagement, and are looking for ways to better engage staff and faculty. Please take a look at this week’s events and plan to attend, or send us an email.

Coming Up This Week

• Open Curriculum 2.0 Focus Charrette: Invited charrette participants will meet Sept. 10-11. (Learn more about the Open Curriculum 2.0 theme.)
• New! The Core Team and Senior Staff are now offering Office Hours for people to ask questions about upcoming themes and Aspirational Design.
  • Tuesday, Sept. 9, 1-2:30 p.m.
    Upcoming Themes: Creative Campus & What If, Democracy & Imagination
    Location: Dunham Green Tent
• Thursday, 9/11:
  12-1 p.m. Tabling for Creative Campus & What If, Democracy & Imagination
  Locations: McEwen Courtyard, Sadove Terrace, Western Quad (near SCCT)
• 12-1 p.m. Join us at the Employee Lunch for a first glance at the work done during the first portion of the Open Curriculum 2.0 Focus Charrette
