The class features a warm up followed by 30 minutes of interval training involving bodyweight exercises, dumbbells, kettlebells, and various other equipment. Regardless of how beautiful yet informative your poster is, the preparation for a poster presentation isn't done yet. Come learn how to prepare a brief pitch introducing audiences to your poster's content and think through the follow-up conversations that make poster presentations an engaging experience for your audience. This session is best suited for presenters who have already created a poster to present, though all are welcome.
