This class is open to all, begins at 12:10 and ends at 12:55 each Wednesday, and is great for employees who are crunched for time. Class ends with toning, abs and stretch.   • Kickboxing

    This class will teach you the basic punching, kicking, footwork, and body movement techniques of kickboxing while boosting your fitness. Participants will engage in station drills, shadowboxing, calisthenics, striking of a bag or pads, and partner work to build strength, coordination, and confidence. This is a non-contact class; no sparring (striking of others) is permitted or included. Participants are advised to bring their own boxing gloves (10 ounce minimum). A limited quantity will be available for participants without their own.
