Event Description
Come join us for a fun and energizing Brazilian Jiu-jitsu practice! Whether you're new to martial arts or have been training for a while, this session is all about learning new techniques, building strength, and having a great time. You'll get the chance to work on your grappling skills, improve your fitness, and learn some valuable self-defense moves in a supportive and friendly atmosphere. Everyone is welcome, no matter your experience level. We’ll guide you through each technique and offer modifications as needed. Don’t worry if you don’t have a mat— we’ve got you covered!
