This Common Ground conversation features Emily Mendrala, former Deputy Assistant to President Biden and Senior Advisor on Migration to the White House, and Jon Baselice, former Vice President of Immigration Policy at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and former Legal Counsel to then-Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL).
