"Body Basics for an Active Life": The Knee in Motion

Staying active and pain-free starts with understanding how your body works. "Body Basics for the Active Life" is a new, Wellness-education series designed to help participants gain insight into key areas of the body, learn why common ailments occur, and discover strategies to maintain lifelong movement.

Our first session, “The Knee in Motion,” led by Dr. Kevin McAllister, DPT, OCS, will provide attendees with an applicable overview of knee anatomy and function, explore frequent causes of knee pain and injury, and offer simple self-help techniques to keep this vital joint strong and resilient.

Lunch will be provided.   Register to attend in person or via Zoom link
