Event Description

Join International Student Services (ISS) for a celebration of Egyptian food and culture through one of the country's most beloved dishes: Koshari. Often considered Egypt's national dish, this iconic street food brings together rice, lentils, pasta, and chickpeas, topped with rich tomato sauce, crispy onions, and a tangy garlic-vinegar dressing. Through food and cultural exchange, participants will have the opportunity to explore Egyptian culinary traditions, share stories, and experience the connections that bring communities together around the table.
