How do you think about failures - small or large? Does failing mean you should give up and move on? Or try again and fail better next time? What does it take to "fail better"? Is Hamilton College structured to support "failing better"? If not, what needs to change?

The "Fail Better" initiative is a program of the Office of Experiential Learning and is based on the concept of reframing our failures as catalysts for growth and innovation rather than as setbacks. What do you see as the positives and negatives of this programming? Should Hamilton really take it on and, if so, what could it look like?

Join us for dinner catered by Rio Grande and a Community Conversation on failing better, using failure as an opportunity to learn and grow, and Hamilton's role in this process. Sponsored by the Office of Experiential Learning and the Levitt Center. The Levitt Center will follow up with a confirmation once you have registered.
