  • In an event called “The Future of Making” on Nov. 12, students were led by Educational Technologist Kyle Burnham ’15 and electronic artist Kathleen McDermott in discussing different ways in which humans can interact with their body, technology and environment. The event featured a student panel focused on the importance of “making and doing,” as well as a wearable technology workshop where participants could sew working technology into their clothing.

  • Flying brooms, flourishing wands and conjuring of various spells were seen throughout Benedict Hall this past weekend as more than 60 students participated in the 16th annual “Hogwarts at Hamilton” performances on Oct. 21 and Oct. 22. These shows, featuring both family-friendly and adult versions, functioned as fundraisers for the Kirkland Library as well as a way for youngsters, students and the Hamilton community to enjoy the October spirit.

  • The low and full sound of a bass guitar was accompanied by smooth chord progressions on the piano at the Little Pub on Oct. 16, as alumnus Grant Zubritsky ’07 played alongside Hamilton’s jazz combo, led by Fillius Jazz Archive Director Monk Rowe.
