Hamilton’s Alumni Council has elected three alumni trustees to serve on the Board of Trustees for four-year terms beginning July 1, 2026. They are Bob Fryklund ’80, Heather Hage ’02, and Valarie Hing ’90.

National and regional news organizations regularly interview Hamilton faculty, staff, alumni, and students for their expertise and perspectives on current events, and to feature programs and activities on campus. May’s news topics included coverage of AI, art, and admissions, among others.

Trustee David Blood ’81, founding and senior partner of Generation Investment Management and a leader in establishing Hamilton’s need-blind admission policy, received an honorary Doctor of Laws from the College on Dec. 5 at the annual 1812 Leadership Circle dinner in New York City.

In a message to the Hamilton community on Dec. 27, President Steven Tepper shared news of the passing of former trustee Gilman Burke ’54.

They are Josie Collier ’97, P’14, Stuart Ingis ’93, Elizabeth Fox Keogh ’94, P’26, and Gillian Zucker ’90. In addition, Adriana Payne ’92 was elected to a two-year term as president of the Alumni Association.

In an email to the Hamilton community on April 20, Hamilton President David Wippman shared news of the passing of Life Trustee Nancy Seeley GP’17 on April 18, at the age of 95.

June’s news highlights ranged from admission issues to air quality to Russia and President Putin.
