  • The Hamilton College Arboretum Association will present a free workshop on "The Return of the American Elm" on Saturday, Jan. 15, at 10 a.m., in the Kennedy Auditorium, Science Center. Pre-registration is requested by calling 315-859-4657.

  • Hamilton College and Clinton Elementary School celebrated Arbor Day with a tree planting on April 30 at the elementary school. This marked the fourth Colorado Spruce planted for Arbor Day by the Hamilton Arboretum for the Clinton Elementary School. The spruce was planted in honor of Clinton resident Tom Evans, Sr., who is 90 years old and has been volunteering at the school for five years.

  • The Hamilton College Arboretum Association will host the first in a series of Winter Workshops on Saturday, Jan. 17, at 10 a.m. in the Kennedy Auditorium, Science Center. The topic is Planning for Spring Renovations and Proper Pruning Techniques.
