Food brings people together, and one of the most popular dining options on campus for that is the Howard Diner.

The 1940-1950s-style eatery, located in the Beinecke Student Activities Village, is best known for its great jukebox tunes, friendly staff, and, of course, the tasty menu. Student favorites include chicken fingers and fries, mozzarella sticks, and the chicken parm sub.

The diner is also home to “Diner B,” a late-night hotspot on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights that stays open until 4 a.m.

Tour Howard Diner

If you haven’t been able to see Howard Diner in person yet, you’re in luck! It’s one of many stops on Hamilton’s Virtual Tour.

The Howard Diner was made possible thanks to the generosity of Robert Gray "Bob" Howard ’46.
