ListServ is a commercial software product in use at Hamilton to efficiently create and maintain large email mailing lists. Listserv lists best serve the purpose of internal group messaging, such as messages to members of a department, class, or student organization.

Below you’ll see several Listserv lists for employees and approved student organizations to send event announcements and notices to subscribers. Subscription instructions are outlined for each list below.

How to Unsubscribe

Because Listserv lists are voluntary, effective August 1, 2023 they will no longer be used to send Official College Emails such as formal academic policies, calendars, and other essential or required institutional communications from College divisions/departments. Students and employees may not opt out of receiving official college emails; however, the College will carefully curate these messages to minimize email traffic.
