8th Annual Wreaths Across America Program, honoring our veterans. Wreaths Across America was started by Morrill Worcester in 1992 (Maine) when he had a surplus of wreaths from his business. After approvals, he donated and transported wreaths to Arlington National Cemetery. This continued yearly. In 2005, a photo of stones adorned with wreaths covered in snow went viral. Many groups requested wreaths to place on veteran stones in their communities. In 2007, Worcester family along with others formed a 501C3 to continue and expand this effort. Tod...

Drop in to explore art and make a creative project as a family! Wellin Kids programs draw inspiration from original works of art and provide an opportunity to experiment. This week, we will draw inspiration from the shining silhouettes in the large-scale photographs made by artist Larry Cook, on view in the exhibition EXODUS, and create our own rhinestone-encrusted photo collages.
