Getting ready to put your study abroad/away plan together. Come learn about the nuts and bolts of study abroad and off-campus study. A Global Learning advisor will walk you through all the steps of planning, applying, and getting ready to depart.

Students going abroad for the spring 2026 semester must attend a Hamilton Pre-Departure Orientation. This session is for all students going abroad. Students participating in HCAYS, Hamilton in France, DIS programs in Stockholm and Copenhagen, and programs in Asia will have the option to participate in a specialized pre-departure orientation. However, if you cannot attend your specific pre-departure orientation, you must attend this general pre-departure orientation.
