Dallas Amico-Korby joins Hamilton College as the Chauncey S. Truax Post-doctoral Fellow in Philosophy. His research focuses on the ways our social, political, and technological environments affect whether we form accurate beliefs about the world. Recently Amico-Korby has been interested in whether politicians, corporations, and individuals like you and me have obligations to ensure our epistemic environments are healthy. He completed a Ph.D. in philosophy at UC San Diego, and an M.A. in applied philosophy from Bowling Green State University.
