  • Hamilton’s Class & Charter Day celebration, an annual convocation recognizing student and faculty excellence during the preceding academic year, will take place on Friday, May 4, at 12:15 p.m., in the Chapel. This year’s speaker is Julie Ross ’84, president of the Alumni Association. Her remarks are titled “Reflections on Inspiration, Transformation and Hamilton at its Bicentennial.”

  • Molly Kane '09 was top female individual finisher, John-Paul Koenig of Clinton was the top male individual, and the Adirondack Adventure team won the relay in the sixth annual HamTrek Triathlon on May 8.

  • In an adventure that would make your average weekend warrior look rather feeble, this year's HamTrek competitors will once again be swimming 525 yards, biking nine miles and running 3.1 miles around the campus and in the village of Clinton. The event will begin in Hamilton College's Bristol Pool at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, May 9.

  • HamTrek, the Hamilton College Community’s first spring sprint triathlon, will be held on Class and Charter Day, Friday, May 7, at 2:30 p.m. The event is a way for the college community to get together for some fun competition between students, faculty, staff, alumni, family and administration. HamTrek is sponsored by the President’s Office, Pepsi Co., the Athletic Department, Intramural Sports and Student Activities.
