Associate Professor of Religious Studies Abhishek Amar was invited to speak at Harvard symposium titled 'TRACE: Artisanal Intelligence, Material Agency, and Ritual Technology in South Asian Art' on Dec. 7 - 8.

“Exploring Sacred Centers through Virtual Reality,” by Associate Professor of Religious Studies Abhishek Amar, appeared on the EDUCAUSE Review blog.

Associate Professor of Religious Studies Abhishek S. Amar was recently awarded The Robert H. N. Ho Family Foundation Research Fellowship in Buddhist Studies. Amar’s selection was through an open, international competition.

Two Hamilton faculty members were approved for tenure by the College’s Board of Trustees during the March meeting. The board granted tenure to Abhishek Amar and Quincy Newell, both of the Religious Studies department. Both appointments are effective immediately.
