  • High school students from The Urban Assembly School for Emergency Management (UASEM) in New York City visited Hamilton on April 16 -17 to discuss privacy in the digital age with a group of Hamilton students.

  • Sam Matlick ’17 received a $1000 “People’s Choice” award in the Information Technology/Software category at the fifth annual New York Business Plan Competition on April 25 in Albany. A total of 92 teams from 36 New York colleges and universities vied for $500,000 in awards at the competition that took place at the College of Nanoscale Science and Engineering.

  • Students in Hamilton’s International Students Association (ISA) traveled to New York City on March 18. The trip included visits to the United Nations Headquarters and the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

  • Hamilton’s curling team finished the 2013-2014 season ranked 16th in U.S. College Curling Merit Point Standings, thus qualifying for Nationals which will be held March 14-16 in Blaine, Minn. Hamilton Team 1 will be competing against 15 other teams from all over the country. Team 1 members representing Hamilton are captain Meghan Doherty ’14, Tara Huggins ’14, Josh Devinney ’15 and Jake Davidson ’15.
