Tracy Adler, director of the Ruth and Elmer Wellin Museum of Art, moderated an ArtTable panel discussion on “The Art and Science of Museum Engagement” on Feb. 14 in Chicago. The event was part of the College Art Association’s (CAA) annual conference.

The panel included Anne Bergeron, associate director of external affairs at the Dallas Museum of Art; Beth Tuttle, president and CEO of Cultural Data Project; Rand Suffolk, director of the Philbrook Museum of Art; and William Hennessey, director of the Chrysler Museum of Art.

The panelists discussed engagement strategies employed by their museums as well as the outcomes of those strategies for producing transformative results for the institutions.
